Our collaboration began with a simple yet profound goal: to redefine their digital presence and enhance the movie-going experience.
Central to the project was a critical redesign of the website. Our approach centred on enhancing the ticket purchase process through iterative prototyping and rigorous usability testing. This focus led to significant improvements, including a streamlined ticket purchase sequence and the introduction of a live ticket feature that provides movie-goers with real-time information, allowing them to time their obligatory visit to the candy bar with precision. Beyond functionality, we created a new, more refined direction for the brand's digital expression.
As a testament to the effectiveness of our iterative approach, usability benchmark scoring jumped from 77.2 to 90.9 points, and ticket purchases on the website have increased, both reflecting the success of the new design in engaging and converting users.
